Rachel is a favorite coach at Fisher Sports Academy for her consistent positive interaction with each player building them up. She loves working with young players to develop their skills and confidence, as well as teaching and drilling practical techniques that make a difference at game time 

Rachel was a starter for Western New Mexico University from her Freshman year, where she started in 25 out of 28 games. Before college, she attended Holy Names Academy. Rachel averaged 18.9 points per game, and scored a season-high of 39 points against Garfield during her senior season. She took home All-Tournament honors from the Sterling Shootout and was in the All First-Team Metro League Conference.
